Returns

Eligibility: You may return paintings within 21 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the painting must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized paintings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact me at edeldora1@gmail.com with your order details. I will provide instructions for shipping the artwork back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds

Refund Approval: Once I receive and inspect the returned painting, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., paintings with obvious signs of use, damage not due to shipping, or missing parts).
Damaged or Defective Items

If your painting arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. I will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Shipping for Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the painting arrived damaged or defective.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item without it.
