Refund policy

Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return paintings within 21 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the painting must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized paintings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact me at edeldora1@gmail.com with your order details. I will provide instructions for shipping the artwork back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.


Refunds

  • Refund Approval: Once I receive and inspect the returned painting, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., paintings with obvious signs of use, damage not due to shipping, or missing parts).


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your painting arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. I will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including shipping costs.



Shipping for Returns

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the painting arrived damaged or defective.

  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item without it.
